A guided, transparent workflow from project post to project completion — built around the CFA Institute standard.
1. Post your project
Outline scope, timeline and budget. Choose hourly or fixed fee. Add NDAs and supporting docs.
2. Review proposals
Verified CFA charterholders submit proposals. Compare rates, experience and timelines, then interview shortlisted candidates.
3. Hire & fund escrow
Once you select an advisor, CFA Talent holds funds in escrow. Funds release on milestone approval.
4. Pay & review
10% transparent fee on each side. Rate the engagement and build long-term relationships.
What "Charter verified" means
Before a CFA can accept work on CFA Talent, we confirm their credential, identity and standing.
CFA Institute membership
Confirmed in good standing with CFA Institute.
Government ID & KYC
Identity verified through a third-party KYC provider.
Code of ethics
Bound by the CFA Institute Code of Ethics & Standards.
